Check-in was frustrating and took way too long. The bicycle rental option nearby was a fun way to explore the city.

The room was super spacious and comfortable with a great view. Loved the flat-screen TV, fridge, and tea/coffee maker. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Lockwood had tons of yummy options. The spa facilities were nice, and the fitness center was a plus. The lobby was stunning with its beautiful ceiling.

we had a great stay at Hilton in downtown. the room was surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. everything was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to popular attractions and excellent restaurants. the hotel staff, including the doorman, porter, reception, and Lockwood staff. the breakfast at Lockwood was fantastic, and the hotel lobby exuded grandeur with its stunning ceiling and chandeliers.

Spacious handicap room with large roll-in shower and comfortable bed. Quiet, beautiful facilities and excellent staff.
Felt extremely safe, no complaints.

I chose to stay at the Hilton for its location near Millennium Park, and I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized event planning service offered, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The National Brownie Day event was a delightful and unique touch, offering a tasty treat while learning about the hotel's history.
Missed room cleaning, worn bed.
